SORRY! Easily used to love, an give it a 5-star rating! Things have dramatically changed. It breaks my heart, prices are now outrageous! I mean something are being asked New prices. We went on a day it gotten busy quick. So many were complaining, how items were scattered. Must have definitely been priced wrong. Bcuz no-one in their right minds. Would pay these prices! Clothes were NOT sorted properly in most areas. I personally had several people asking us, where were certain items. An when going to where they were supposed to have been. Sadly I apologized bcuz none were there. I had one lady thank me anyways. For trying an saying it was very disappointing. I said SORRY, I do have to agree! It has been along while. Since we had been in, an a lot had appeared to have changed. All I was hearing was how different everything was. I still had stopped by, to see if, I could find a bargain. We had an the workers were very polite! I do give credit where it is due. An just bcuz a business was having a unfortunate moment. Don't think negative that it always will be. Honestly I have been going to patches for YEARS. I used to go in when it was in the building close to unclaimed with my granny. They have moved twice since then and I have stayed loyal. I know people have issues with the diaper bag/stroller thing but unfortunately people steal and ruin things for everybody else. I just put my kid’s car seat in a buggy, and bring my wallet, phone, and keys in. Works fine for me and my son just sits in the cart now. I find lots of clothes here, and home decor. I always check the kids section out and have found some nice things there as well. I would rather go here than go shop at tons of expensive stores and be disappointed. First let me say I love this store with all my heart, I've been shopping here for years now. I’ve had no issues at the store until July 31 2025. I was peacefully shopping getting ready to go upfront and check out, but this older blonde hair lady came up to me giving me a rude look telling me to go upfront and checkout with a rude tone just because it was close to closing time. Now, I work in a grocery store so I understand wanting all the customers out but that does not give her a reason to come at me with that look and tone. Just politely ask, don’t go up to someone and give them lip while they are purchasing items from your store, and are going to be out...
