AZ Pro Nails — Attraction in Scottsdale

If I could give a zero for the most recent experience I had, I would. The man doing my nails did not completely fill one of my nails. (Acrylic) I had asked for black french tips and none of them looked alike. He left nail glue all over my fingers. I told him that my french tips were uneven and he told me that it was normal for the technique he used. (He did the base added black nail polish and put it in the middle up to the top. Then got a brush with nail polish remover and made French Tips.) I had asked for the same to be done on my toes and once I saw he was doing it again I told him to just completely paint it black and he had laughed at this. I tried talking to the manager the manager called over the man who did my nails and he said the same thing and I left feeling like I wasted my money and time. I felt I wasn't listened to at all and that I was being a hassle. At some point I even asked for nail gems and he completely forgot. When i reminded him he acted annoyed and dry. As a minor who has a job and frequently have to advocate for myself I felt horrible leaving. I wouldn't recommend this place and urge you to go...

Worst nails ever!!! after 4 days my nails started to come off. the girl that did my nails hurt me several times, and I should have known they were not going to end up nicely just by the way she was putting the acrylic on. after i was done, i noticed there was clumps of acrylic under my nails, and the lady kept saying "what?" (she needs to learn how to ask customers if everything is ok) you can see the previous color i had on before going to them i was in a hurry back to my job, and didn't even want to deal with her at the end of it all. she gave me a dirty look because i did not tip her, and like i'm really going to tip someone who made me jump up in pain several times, did a horrible job and made me feel uncomfortable with asking her to fix the rough edges (3 of my nails were crooked) I had gone their once before, and was no happy with them. My first 2 visits were great no issues. The last time I will ever go there after most recent visit. Had an appointment for fill and pedi. Asked for the exact same thing as previously before. I was then told she doesn't have pink powder which is not true since again they've done it before. Made such a big deal about it even after I said it was fine. She proceeded to rush through my nails. At the end she stated "next time tell me ahead of time that you want pink and I'll do for you" I did ask ahead of time so was very confused and made me think they could have done it all along.
