Super Burrito Mexican Food — Restaurant in Scottsdale

Pretty slow service. I came through the drive thru at around 12PM. There were only two cars ahead of me, and it took 16 minutes for me to get to the window, and another 4 minutes for my food. I got a shrimp burrito. I asked if there were a lot of onions in it, and they said it has Pico de Gillo, so yes some. The burrito was filled with tons of onions, and it hardly seemed like Pico. It still tasted okay, but it was very greasy. The door next to the drive thru kept opening with an elderly man coming in and out throwing empty boxes on the ground right outside the door. There was a little old lady right inside the doorway chopping/prepping food. Her hands didn't seem as steady as they once were, and she did not have any gloves on. Food is good there. However, my low score is because they should change the schedule displayed on the store and if possible on Google as well. It says the store is open at 6:30 A.M. and unfortunately this is the second time I went there and they still closed. 1st time at 7:00 , and today at 7:30 am (the cashier told me they were closed because a problem on the kitchen and for customer safety they would be opening within an hour , which wasn't truth(at least they have had issues with the kitchen since literally a week ago) but well, I don't blame her I noticed she just was following orders).

This inconsistency on the schedule just made me waste time on my "quick stop". So, have that on mind if you're planning to take breakfast early...

This used to be a great spot to get a decent sized filling burrito. It’s just not the case anymore. Fiesta Burrito is where to go if you don’t want a thin insignificant burrito. I just wanted to add Green Peppers and onions they charged me an extra $1.50. I am sorry your greed will bury your once great business now your skimping your burrito’s and charging people for what you used to charge me .50 extra. This is probably the beginning of the end. I will never recommend your restaurant again. Sad day, when greed costs you a customer and I’m asked all day every day where good burritos are because I’m a full time driver my answer will be Fiesta is quality and they don’t skimp like...
