Easily one of the most HORRIBLE experiences of my life! I got micro needling done at Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center 7 weeks ago. I'm 44 and had great skin before. I have been meticulous about my sunblock and moisturizer routine since I was a teenager. I didn't have any wrinkles, just slight fine lines around my eyes. I didn't have any visible sunspots. I was in BHRC getting IPL treatment for my rosacea. Danielle, the aesthetician, said I should get micro needling. She pointed out the wrinkles just starting to form on my forehead, eyes, chest and neck. She said this treatment would take away years from my face and chest. I stupidly agreed. I did the aftercare recommended, which was non existent. I had Danielle look at the ingredients of everything I was using and I also purchased a cleanser and sunblock from BHRC. I used them for aftercare. When I came back in 6 weeks for the second treatment I asked to see the before and after. I felt that my face had changed color, around my eyes looked damaged and I had some dark spots on my cheeks that had just formed. I was hoping that it was in my head. It was not! It was EXTREME! MY SKIN AGED 10 YEARS!! THIS IS PERMANENT! When I said "My skin looked much worse than before I walked through the door!" Danielle said "I don't disagree" She said she's never seen that and said I must not have done my aftercare. Nadine, office manager called and told me that since she didn't follow me around for 6 weeks that I must have done this. She also did not disagree with the before and afters, but said because I didn't moisturize proper and had had a drastic weight loss for the sagging checks, I DIDN'T! I lost 3 pounds! They refunded...

I think often times men are nervous or embarrassed even of going to a med spa - myself included. After expressing to a friend that I wished my skin was a bit clearer, they recommended the elite medspa. I initially felt apprehensive to even consider this option but eventually had enough of the occasional pimples in my late 20’s and decided to give them a try. When i called to book an appointment I noticed that I wasn’t treated any differently for being a male wanting their services! This theme was further propagated walked in and the staff treated me so politely but indifferently to any other client. From the ladies at the front desk, to the actual practitioners, and even the owner, EVERYONE was so professional and knowledgeable! I hadn’t really known what treatments I may need, I just knew what results I wanted. The team all listened to what I wanted and then used their expertise to recommend a custom plan of attack to make my skin problems vanish! I am thrilled to say I have gone back and every single time received amazing and friendly treatment… with incredible results! I’m not only impressed by the variety of treatments they offer and the level of sophisticated equipment they have, but the results I got far exceeded my expectations!
