My mom and I love this place! We went in today to stock up on cigarettes, and both of the people working were so awesome. I wish I would have asked them for their names so that we could thank them personally. The woman who was working took the time to bag our stuff up nice and neat, and she walked us to the door so she could hold it open for us. She was so kind, and kindness like that can really make your day so much brighter. The young man who was working with her helped me pick out an Illuminati Bong for my mom a couple months prior to today’s visit, and he took the time to wrap the pieces separately so there wasn’t any chance it would break on my drive home. My mom and I both appreciate being acknowledged when we walk into a business, and we always appreciate kindness. I use to like this place, been shopping here for years, friendly employees and a good selection. Than i recently noticed a steady stream of new employees. They would get overwhelmed when more then 2 customers would come in at once, and their frustration came out by being rude to customers. The inventory has suffered as well. I was told they were bringing in a new product line and discontinuing an old one. Come back next week and we will have it. They told me this for over four weeks. That's when I called them on their "bs" and sed you have been telling that story for over a month. That's when the new girl blew up on me. I can understand a inventory delay, just tell me. But when you lie to me, then act like a child when I call you on it. Happy to spend my hard earned...

Very friendly and HELPFUL service. What i lovenmost about tobacco outlet is not only are prices and selection the best in town... But above all is that they really make you feel welcome. The staff really try to get to know your tastes in products to better recromend new things thatbare actually relevant to YOU. Always asking how your days was and interacting with you beyond just the customary politeness you expect from those in retail. They actually care about the local community as a whole and try to remember your name after seeing you just a few times.
