I ordered delivery from their their website. The order amounted to a little over $40. After 30 minutes, I got a text message that said that the order had been canceled. The text message told me to reach out to Restaurante Ramos directly for more information. I called the restaurant and was told that they had to shut down unexpectedly that evening and to contact Door Dash for a refund. This was the first that I learned that Door Dash was supposed to be doing the delivery. I called Door Dash and they told me that they had refunded the order to Restaurante Ramos and that I would have to get refunded by the restaurant. So once again, I called Restaurante Ramos and was told to call back after 5pm when the manager was there. I called after 5 and was told by the manager that they would refund my order. Even though the waiter was kind there's no way I'm coming back the prices are high and honestly đ...

As a fellow Chapina, I felt so proud seeing this place representing and thriving. I ordered the pupusas mixtas (loaded with everything!) and they came with the most delicious sweet platanos. Andrew had the carne asada burrito, and my suegra got the flautasâeverything was so good and the portions were huge!
The service? Amazing. Our drinks were always full, and we were welcomed with warm chips and two kinds of salsaâthe green one was chefâs kiss. We all left with happy bellies and leftovers. Canât wait to come...
