The Cove - Surfers Watch — Attraction in Seaside

This would be a secret cove if so many people didn't know about it. We sit and watch the surfers and the waves. Sometimes you can see surfers way out on the best left-hand waves in North America. And where can you get the forest with a 7 mile hike to Indian Beach or a phenomenal quesadilla on U street from the same parking lot? Or if you're lazy you can drive around. But you might miss the sunset or a green flash if you're...

I visit the "Cove" fairly regularly.. its a very calming place... and yet can be highly dramatic when there is a storm... Surfers, fishermen, nature walks, beach access... All are easily available ...The place where we park is a road built on top of what appears to be a rock wall with a pavement... Sea Gulls, Pelicans, Terns and many other birds and fishes are available for nature...

The Cove is a very peaceful place to park and watch the ocean... if the weather cooperates. On a bright calm day it's chill and mellow; on a stormy day, it can be rather dramatic to watch. There are plenty of parking spots, each with a great view.
