Oregon Marketplace — Local services in Seaside

The best gift shop between Cannon Beach and Astoria on the Oregon coast for purchasing locally made items! The atmosphere is carefully curated and welcoming, and all of the items for sale are top-notch quality. I picked up a wooden Christmas ornament (I couldn't find a nice ornament anywhere else along that stretch of the coast, a really soft Oregon t-shirt, and chocolate covered hazelnuts (who knew Oregon produces hazelnuts?). I wish we had stopped here first before wasting time is the other more touristy...

We stopped at Oregon Marketplace while passing through Seaside, and found so many lovely things made by local artists. Prices are very reasonable, and there are so many different items that I found something for everyone on my list. The shop is beautifully arranged, plan to take your time wandering through so you don't miss a thing. We had 2 slices of berry pie, made locally, and so yummy. The Oregon Marketplace is a charming store with many unique items to browse through, and at first, we were excited to check it out as a family. However, we felt uncomfortable during our visit because the cashier seemed to follow us around the store without saying anything.
