I made an appointment for today. When I arrived, the staff didn’t seem to be happy to see me. I wasn’t expect a warm welcome since it’s usually not that important for a nail salon and I understand people are tired and overworked. They rushed me to pick a color especially after a walk-in customer got in 5 mins after me. When I showed colors I wanted, the technician just asked me to find it myself since “ we don’t have the same color. Read moreOverall, it’s a nice nail salon and it has some perks that others don’t have (free Vietnamese iced coffee, good color selection, nice tv, etc.) However, I’m disappointed and don’t know if I’ll come back. I went here for the first time a little over a week ago and had a pedicure with regular polish. The big toes on both feet chipped within three days, even though I was careful. Today was the first day I could go back to get it fixed. I decided to get shellac polish instead (no pedicure today). I paid $25 last week and they tried to charge me $25 today. Normally it’s $40 for a shellac pedicure, and I am only coming back because the polish chipped so quickly. After explaining the situation they still charged $20 for the polish. They were friendly and I understand they are doing business and trying to make money, but it’s frustrating to have to come back twice within a small amount of time and end up paying more than I would have initially because of the extra...
