We love their chocolates and have ordered boxes for the last few years around Valentines. This year I placed an order as usual and got the confirmation and my CC was charged. However no chocolates arrived after more than a week since the order was placed. I emailed no response. I tried calling the phone number on the website and the phone numbers listed for every location - each one I get a "This number is no longer in service" message.
If you are closed then take down your website so it doesn't take money...
