Chocolati Chocolate Company — Attraction in Seattle

We love their chocolates and have ordered boxes for the last few years around Valentines. This year I placed an order as usual and got the confirmation and my CC was charged. However no chocolates arrived after more than a week since the order was placed. I emailed no response. I tried calling the phone number on the website and the phone numbers listed for every location - each one I get a "This number is no longer in service" message.

If you are closed then take down your website so it doesn't take money...

This place is amazing. We were on our way out of town after visiting Seattle when we stopped in. The woman who was there was so friendly and helpful. The gift boxes we got were beautiful.
