Staff here are great, every one is so kind and welcoming. Parking is limited, but there is off street parking. It's a smaller library but I've been to smaller in Seattle. Great for the neighborhood. I was able to hang out here for a few hours and it was as pleasant as can be.

Small, but selection is appealing (and one can always request a loan) and staff is delightful. I adore Xavier! My only negative experience has been encountering two women who may have been administrators rather than true librarians; they bridled when I cautioned about censorship, and the fact that relishing "Huckleberry Fin" and the like as a child did not make me "racist". (Never seen them since, thank goodness.) For the most part, librarians are my heroes. Feel lucky to have a branch in my...

Small but friendly. Emphasis on children's books. Weekly toddler storytime, monthly kid activities. Of course you can request books from anywhere in the system. The librarians know their regulars. Peaceable Kingdom sculpture out front has a black panther nuzzling with a pig--local black...
