I have been to the store a few times and bought pieces. Not anymore. The few times I have been in the store, the owner does not even say "Hello". I do notice that she says hello to other customers. Today, I went in and again, no greeting. Especially, when another customer (perhaps, friend?) comes into the store and she is friendly to this person. I am within earshot when she starts to complain to this person about other customers who recently came into the store and her bad experiences with them. I thought that it was completely unprofessional and rude. Especially, when a potential buyer is in the store. It seems like she only interacts with people she wants to. Small, but well curated consignment shop on the middle to expensive price range. They have various brands from designer, emerging brands, to mall store brands, although I’d say that most of their selection at the time is more on the emerging brands like Jenni Kayne, Jesse Kamm, Doen, etc. I was in search for a wedding guest dress, and walked away with a beautiful Nili Lotan leopard silk slip dress that wasn’t for the wedding but I have worn it so much more than I thought that it’s become a wardrobe stable for me. Two stars for nice brands and good selection of sizes. Three stars off for snooty service. I walked in and a woman announced to me that she was "trying on her own clothes" (assume the owner based on that). I laughed, that's cool. But that was all I got for a greeting. I browsed and tried on for about 15 minutes before her staff member asked how I was doing in the fitting room. Absolutely the bare minimum of customer service -- not even "let us know if you need anything/is there anything you're looking for?"
