I have been to the store a few times and bought pieces. Not anymore. The few times I have been in the store, the owner does not even say "Hello". I do notice that she says hello to other customers. Today, I went in and again, no greeting. Especially, when another customer (perhaps, friend?) comes into the store and she is friendly to this person. I am within earshot when she starts to complain to this person about other customers who recently came into the store and her bad experiences with them. I walked in and a woman announced to me that she was "trying on her own clothes" (assume the owner based on that). I laughed, that's cool. But that was all I got for a greeting. I browsed and tried on for about 15 minutes before her staff member asked how I was doing in the fitting room. Absolutely the bare minimum of customer service -- not even "let us know if you need anything/is there anything you're looking for?" I will probably be back because they have good stuff but it'll definitely be my...
