I’ve been going to Naam on and off for years. Was a huge spot in high school back around 2012. It’s been there forever which is a good sign. It is certainly not a bad choice for Thai food in Seattle. However, it is hit or miss in terms of quality. Some dishes are delightful, others swing and miss. I tend to avoid noodles here. Spice levels vary but I don’t mind and they’ll give you a spice tray if you ask.
Service is very fast and polite. Ambience is pleasant and they have some cozy shoes off tables. It’s usually pretty quiet and no wait.

Read moreWe love Naam. We’ve been steady patrons of this wonderful Thai establishment for over a year now and it’s more than time we leave a well deserved glowing review. Their food is always consistently awesome, fresh, and high quality. In my opinion their Pad Kee Mao and their crispy chicken are standouts, but really everything they have is just plain awesome.

Read moreThe food at this place is o.k. but on the three occasions we have eaten lunch here we received a chilly reception from the waitress who goes about her job as though she is actually a high-powered lawyer called upon at the last minute to fill in for a indisposed friend or relative who is more comfortable serving tables. She hasn't welcomed us or cracked a smile on any of our three visits. Perhaps she has built a shell around herself because of rude and self-entitled customers from the semi-posh neighborhood.
