It’s always something that isn’t done right when I come to this establishment I swear. I ordered four bubble tea smoothies with tapioca the smoothies were so watery and runny I didn’t even enjoy my drink and there was barely any tapioca! And I ordered banh mi as well I got the combo with two different types of meat it was chicken and pork. The meat was old and tough u could just tell. And the service itself was okay it was a young woman my age I believe probably the daughter or granddaughter of the family who own the restaurant she is nice. But they take way too long to get your food out to you in my opinion. It’s like a 20-25 minute wait for something simple. I ordered three banh mi and four bubble tea smoothies. If you want fresh food and delicious bubble tea that isn’t runny and bland along with fast service I suggest going to Thanh Vi in Chinatown it’s literally a 3 minute drive up to 12th and Jackson a little down the road. First time here, I ordered to go. The parking lot is tiny and is shared with a teriyaki restaurant. My food was ready when I arrived. I ordered 2 dishes, crispy chow mein with beef and vegetables plus a pork chop rice dish. The chow mein was weird, the gravy was watery and not thick at all. The flavor was OK but not great. As for the rice dish the restaurants name is in the dish so you would figure that it was a special version. The portion was big but the flavors was lacking. The fish sauce was bland and the marinade on the meat was very light in flavor. Probably will not be coming back due to there being plenty of other restaurants serving the same dishes but tasting...

A little over a year ago, I tried this place and I loved it. I loved the quiet environment. I love the pho. I love the service but overtime coming here has lacked It’s Consistency, for example sometimes when we order food there was always something forgotten a drink and appetizer and I would still get charged for it, and I would have to double check to make sure I didn’t get charged for it if I did not receive it. I get it that when restaurants get busy things slip up but most of the time in this restaurant it’s not that busy. It’s usually one or two other tables.
