The best gym in Seattle with the best community. You essentially have a personal trainer with you during each workout. I love the support everyone gives each other during the workout. Everyone knows everyone’s name whether you are the owner or are brand new.
I had never done CrossFit before joining and had not been working out regularly since before Covid. Trent made me feel comfortable getting ready for the workout days before I even showed up to class. He stayed by my side the entire time with a workout that was catered to my current strength and conditioning. The staff are all friendly and super knowledgeable. A lot of CrossFit gyms may seem intimidating, not this place. All the members were welcoming on our first day and everyone introduced themselves. On that same note you'll find everyone helping each other out left and right. Whether that be helping set up for workouts, cleaning up and of course cheering you on to finish a workout or lift. We love it at South Seattle CrossFit and feel fortunate to have chosen this box over the others...
Read moreSSCF is by far the best Crossfit gym in the area (from someone who has been to most gyms in the WS area). The coaches are knowledgeable and friendly and are there to help you no matter what your skill level is. It doesn't matter if it's your first time or your 10th year they are accommodating and will provide the proper guidance that suits your abilities and wishes.
The community is great also, everyone is very supportive to each other no matter your skill level...we're all there to get sweaty and try to have fun doing it!
