I was searching for a new hairstylist around my area and let me just say that Michell did not disappoint! She was very kind and sweet!

I booked my hair appointment online which I went with full highlights and a haircut. The website was very easy and convenient to use. After booking the appointment, she does text you to introduce herself and asked for my hair history and current length plus what style of haircut I wanted and my hair inspiration photos. I wanted to mention that she sent a follow up text to confirm with me the day before the appointment but I decided to switch it up to a full milk tea color instead and she was able to accommodate my request at my appointment even when it was last minute and was a whole different service! One thing I would note is definitely make an appointment with her cause she does get really busy.

Not only that but during the whole process of the hair appointment, she was meticulously making sure I understood her by letting me know to ask her questions when I was confused about something and especially making sure at every process to check in with me. Also during the whole appointment, she made sure I wasn’t hungry or thirsty and letting me choose the music of my choice which was really thoughtful!

Lastly her prices can’t be beat cause you still get high quality, detailed work and care for your hair! For the full color, treatments with the bleaching process which included keratin and olaplex, and haircut it was less than $500 which is a steal! Mind you my hair was super long and took over 8 hours!

I found Styledbykimmie on google and saw all the amazing reviews. So I decided to get my hair cut and colored for the first time at styledbykimmie. I would have to say it was an amazing customer experience from beginning to end. From the beginning I scheduled an appointment online. When the time didn’t work, I got a text right away when the salon opened to reschedule to a time that works for the both of us. She even asked what color I wanted and to send her pictures to prepare. Before the day of the appointment, I even got a reminder text! There was a small parking lot in the back. The place was super easy to find.
