Hello Columbia City Yoga, I want to express my appreciation and gratitude for your Virtual Gentle Yoga classes with Julie Fournier on Mondays and Wednesdays. I have multiple health challenges and most yoga classes, even gentle yoga classes, are too much for me. And attending a class in person is something I could do only occasionally. Finally, I have found a class that I can do regularly with a few modifications, that is available remotely and on my own schedule, that makes my body and mind feel better rather than worse. This is huge! I rarely view the class in real time, more often viewing the recording, but I'm doing it once or twice a week and have significantly more ease, more peace, and less pain. Thank you so much to Julie and to your whole organization for making this available.
