SW Queen Anne Greenbelt — Attraction in Seattle

To call this place a "park" is to misuse the word. It's a very steep hillside left to lie fallow and lightly punctuated with game trails. There are no benches, restrooms, or trash cans. The only portion that seems to be "kept" is a wide, steep strip. Signs posted outside the perimeter forbid camping, yet I saw two tents there. Unclear how to get in - went from 12th Ave W & W Howe street per seattle.gov website, that got us to a very small park that lead down to a set of stairs, not the actual green belt.

Closer to 12th & W. Blaine, it appears there was an entrance but it’s now fenced off.

Was told it’s essentially a bunch of encampments anyways. Bummer, as was looking for some green space...
