Wonderful. The service was incredible. I told the bartender what I liked and he whipped something up for me that was amazing for such a great price. The atmosphere was super chill but in a beautiful facility. We definitely waited a while for a pizza and they gave us the wrong one but it's one we wanted to try anyway. The apologized profusely and then gave us the pizza we ordered. So we got two wonderful pizzas that according to my family rivals some of the best pizza places in Chicago, for the price of one. I want to go back for a tour.

My partner and I spent a few hours here the other week and it was a blast! We did not know what to expect coming in, but, man, Brad made our visit worthwhile. He warmly greeted us upon entering and then walked us through a very thorough (and entertaining) tasting tour. I ended up buying some of their Old Tom counter gin, too - one of the more interesting spirits I’ve tried recently. Overall, great conversation, great ambiance, great times. Highly recommend.

Great cocktails, but almost comedically filled with stereotypical, earnest, white hipsters with beards. As someone who works in tech, listening to the conversations made me laugh out loud. So this is where the Bros are! Excellent service by the super nice British bartender. Music not loud enough to be a conversation blocker but loud enough to set the ambiance.

Cool place a little bit difficult to find because it's not usually seen from the roadway. Also parking can be a bit difficult. There is a pizza pie option literally a hole in their wall, but it looked and smelled great. They have the cocktail lounge side and then the tasting and Distillery side. It's unfortunate that you can't take the cocktails on the tour with you. I wish they would have told us that before we went and had our cocktail as we felt kind of rushed to finish, only then to be put on hold for another 15 minutes before we could leave on the tour because people were running late. The tour itself is cool it's a small area you won't have to do a lot of walking, you will taste directly from the barrel which is a phenomenal experience. You then get to taste a flight of options when you finish the tour. Not the best I've had in Seattle but certainly not the worst. I'd say their moonshine as what It's...

Great distillery. Looking to make advancements and provide products people want in the designer liquor market. The aesthetics of the facility are amazing. The front room is a combination of industrial art and Pacific NW tradition. The mix of wood & steel is intriguing, yet welcoming. The people are friendly. They teach classes for others who want to make spirits, too! They even bring a former ATF regulator to teach the compliance aspects.

They have some amazing flavors (mint vodka) that automatically evoke thoughts of holidays, cool weather, and hot cocoa. I can't wait to try their corn whiskey after it's aged. Good place. Good business model....

When I say I wandered into Old Log Cabin, I literally wandered into it. I was looking for the nearby brewery, and walked into an open garage door nextdoor. Despite Old Log Cabin being closed, and head distiller Ben being clearly swamped, he took me in with open arms.

We chatted about whiskey, and he offered me pours of their 10 year bourbon (which rivals much of what you'll find in Kentucky), and even took me on an impromptu tour. He could have easily turned me away given the circumstances, but instead he gave me an experience I won't soon forget.

Between the stellar customer service and the delicious product, make SURE you don't...
