Lori's Half Price Mattress — Attraction in Sebastopol

A friend recommended Lori's Half Price Mattress. I had never heard of it, and was happy to know there was a local mattress store I could go to in Sebastopol. My mom and I made an appointment with Lori to try out mattresses in her showroom. She was super helpful in finding the best mattress for what I needed. I was tired of a foam mattress that was hurting my back, and was surprised and happy to know most of her mattresses were not foam. The store is very clean and has a variety of quality mattresses to choose from. Lori was upfront, honest, and on the ball. After testing out a bunch of mattresses in the store, we ended up buying a Hughes PT Pleasant Queen mattress. Lori DELIVERED the mattress to my doorstep in her truck-- even helping to carry in the mattress to my home herself the same day for no extra charge. Fantastic service and product. I just discovered Lori's Mattresses after having spent a few nights online doing a mattress search, a trip to Costco only to discover that what I was looking for wasn't in stock, and a pressing need to purchase an extra bed in very little time. I have been driving past this place since it opened, WITHOUT EVEN KNOWING IT. This small, woman-owned business is totally geared toward SERVICING the customer, without any attempt at up-selling. Not only did Lori have great options ON HAND, but after a very uncomplicated sale, she herself DELIVERED the mattress, box spring, and stand, about two hours later-- even helping to carry all pieces UP STAIRS to assemble, which she ALSO did with zero extra charge.
