Terra Dental / The Smile Express — Attraction in Secaucus

Do NOT come here! If I could leave no stars I would. Ever since Lydia (the old owner) left, the place has slowly been going downhill. My appointment was for 12 PM and the dentist was running a half an hour behind. It’s understandable that things don’t always run on time. However, they could have called to let me know that the dentist was running a half an hour behind and they could have given me the choice to either stay home and reschedule or offer for me still go. I would have been happy to reschedule. Instead, they decided to waste my time. I won’t be able to get back my time, gas, or tolls.

To make matters worse, while she was nice and calm, the young lady behind the desk mentioned that they were in fact trying to accommodate me for today even though they were running late and if we were to reschedule, [my experience] will be worse than it is today due to them transitioning to pediatric dentistry and intentional double-booking before their last day as a non-pediatric dentist.

They also need to clean the bathroom. The floors and the walls showed signs of not being cleaned for a while, as did the toilet. The soapy, watery dust all over the sink was a nice...

First of all I would like to say that no one really likes to go to the dentist. But when you have a bad experience it will make you dread going to one. I had a horrible session in Rhode Island and it affected me in a way of not going to another one in 2.5 years. So my friend at work told me about this place and I am so glad he did! First of all from setting a appointment to just making you feel comfortable...This place has you covered!! They make going to the demise almost fun and enjoyable! From their state of the area facility to their pleasant interaction. Not to mention I love literally 3 minutes away...So far been there 3 times from cleaning, deep cleaning top left and bottom right and a repaired filling and not to mention a repaired/ loose crown.
