As a loyal customer of CAVA and a frequent patron of several other locations, I was dismayed to find that this particular franchise does not maintain the same level of quality and service that I have come to expect from your brand.During my recent visits to this location, I encountered several issues that significantly detracted from the overall dining experience: Food Quality: The food quality was inconsistent and, in many cases, subpar. On one occasion, the lentils in my bowl was undercooked and hard as a rock, which was both surprising and concerning. On another visit, I received a portion that was overcooked to the point of being dry and unpalatable. This is a stark contrast to the consistently high-quality dishes I have enjoyed at other CAVA locations.Long Wait Times: I experienced excessively long wait times, even when the restaurant was not particularly busy. This extended wait was frustrating and did not reflect the efficient service I am accustomed to from CAVA. It appeared that the staff were either understaffed or not properly trained to handle the volume of customers efficiently.Inconsistent Operation: The operational standards at this franchise seem to differ significantly from those at other CAVA locations. The staff appeared less knowledgeable and less attentive, which affected the overall service quality. Additionally, there was a noticeable lack of organization in the preparation and serving of food, contributing to the inconsistent quality. As someone who values the CAVA brand for its commitment to high-quality food and excellent service, I am disappointed that this new location does not uphold the same standards. I believe it is crucial for franchise locations to adhere to the core values and operational practices of the brand to ensure a consistent customer experience.I kindly request that you look into these concerns and take appropriate measures to address the issues at this location. We love the food, taste is great & good variety but the lines are super long and they always run out of chicken so you have to wait on the side for 15 min each time during lunch hours. We though we would skip the line by ordering ahead on the app; placed the order at 12:52pm, confirmation said order will be ready at 1:30pm so we slowly walked over.. we had to wait much longer and didn't get the order until 1:50pm!! What's worse is they were missing a lot of items - drink cups, side sauces and side pita chips!! We checked the bag when we got it and noticed the missing cups. We asked for it, they checked the order list and gave us the cup. The same lady that packed the order didn't double check anything else on the receipt so when we got back to the office, we find out we're missing the side sauces & the pita chips! One of the bowl we asked for spinach & romaine lettuce and got mixed field greens instead. I understand that they get very busy during lunch time but they have a very large work staff and it's a separate prep station for app orders vs onsite orders so it shouldn't take 1 hour and miss all the side items! Chipotle next doors gets just as busy and they have never messed up our orders for the past year. They need to train their staff better to read the orders and double check to make sure everything is in the bag before handing it out...
Read moreLet me start by saying I usually don’t care to leave reviews unless it’s either really good or really bad. In this case, It’s really bad. My first time at THIS location. I am so upset.. what is the point of the pick up service if they can’t even provide it correctly and it’s not even the first time. The guy next to me says that they are ALWAYS late with pickup. I ordered at 11am this morning for pick up at 11:45am. Tell me why it took over 30 min to receive my food when it should have been ready? I showed up at 11:50am. It is now 12:15 and I FINALLY have my food. I can’t even be mad at the worker who handed me my food because she literally just showed up for her shift AND she was nice enough to apologize on behalf of them and gave me a free drink but its not on her. There were maybe 2 customers in the entire restaurant sitting & eating AND no one in line. I don’t understand what they spend all that time doing but I will not be ordering from this location again. What’s the point of being in the center of businesses if you can’t follow simple time instructions.. honestly it probably management but ITS A MESS. I scheduled pick up because of meetings....
