I have not used the services from here so cannot speak on that. I visited to check them out as I am getting ready to set up a community betta tank with live plants and I'm checking locations to find my best fit. This was not a good fit for me. The store is beautiful and the tanks are spotless. But the prices are more then double the other places I have been. And there was only one staff person working which made it very difficult for them to help the multiple people in the store. It also seemed that the filters were turned up pretty high and some of the fish looked to be struggling in the high movement of the water. But all of this is opinion. I've been treating it for over a week now and its not lookign great. This is my second second issue, with Seekonk being the second OSA location I've have an issue with as well. For the money you spend there they sure don't make up in customer service. I won't be back which is really too bad, I've been in the hobby 16 years so I'm always looking for LFS to support. Their display tanks are...
