On Monday October 21 at 9pm we started our mobile order while driving on the highway of providence going to seekonk and then we saw it said they were preparing the food. We walked in and was never greeted now mind you there were many people working that night but they were all talking about waxing and if it hurt or not and laughing. Plus they looked at us and a couple more people that came in and still kept talking about things that had nothing to do with work. Then one man told the girls to go check if the ladies bathroom had toilet paper and not just one went to check but two did all while laughing and never greeting us. I started saying out loud this happens every time i order here it says its being worked on and you have to wait an hour. Finally after us being there a half hour a man worker asked us the name on our order and asked everyone who was making it and everyone said not me so he started making it all by him self. Then they gave it to us and no one apologized. And i said again this is ridiculous your phone says its done and we have been here almost an hour waiting. I asked him where's our box as two of the meals was the Luxe Craving Box and the man said they did not put in boxes they just put it all in the bag. We also never heard thank you and have a great night. Since we ordered for four people we wanted to make sure it was all there and we couldn't check because tables and counters were not clean. When we were home to eat our food it was made with just a little bit of meat and in our chips with nacho cheese the bags were almost empty. Bad service and the food was not even done the right way as I have purchased it before and came more meat our topping were missing to. Now mind you this was all while we had a baby in the car, we ordered in the app to make it quicker since we had the baby with us. Unbelievable I guess fooling around and laughing is better than serving your customers.

Read moreTaco Bell, where the lines are longer than a Shakespearean play and the prices are higher than a Shakespearean actor's ego. But let's be real, the real tragedy is when they take off the best items on the menu like the Chipotle Chulapa. How dare they! That menu item was the Macbeth of fast food - a classic, a masterpiece, a work of art. Its absence has left a void in my heart and a hunger in my stomach that only it can fill.
But it's not just the Chulapa that's been taken away, it's a revolving door of items that come and go faster than a celebrity marriage. First, it was the Cheesy Gordita Crunch, then it was the Beefy Nacho Griller, and now it's the Chipotle Chulapa. Will they ever learn? Or will they continue to break our hearts by taking away our favorite menu items?
But all is not lost, dear Taco Bell, there is still hope. Bring back the Chipotle Chulapa, and we'll forgive the long lines and high prices. We'll even forget about the time you took away the Cinnamon Twists, we'll forget about the time you raised the prices on the Crunchwrap Supreme, we'll forget about it all. Just bring back the Chulapa and all will be right in the world again.
Until then, I'll just have to settle for a basic Chalupa and a side of disappointment. But deep down, I'll always be holding out for the return of the...
Read moreWorst experience at this taco bell location and will be my last. Free taco day ended up with me being ripped off. I placed an order online of 7 food items and a drink for $17, no problem. Drive there in the torrential downpour we're having and get in the long line to wait my turn. Pull up to the intercom and they dont have the flamin taco, chalupa and cheesy gordita, no problem, understandable. I tell them what i want to swap the missing items out for and drive foward. Get to the window and get my bag, I look in and see theres my items and drive home. Upon further review i only have 5 items. 3 of which i ordered and 2 basic soft tacos and an uncooked crunchy burrito. No beef quesarito or steak quesarito, no potato griller, literally my order was completely the opposite of what i ordered online after confirming the order there verbaly. I was still charged $17 for about $10 worth of value menu items. I couldnt go back and complain because i live a distance from the store. This also isnt the first time this location has messed up my, or a friends orders. Lunch or dinner, even 4th meal when youre the only one in the drive thru, you will still get home missing an item. Ive been going to taco bell for a long time and even when they try and do nice with a free taco they will...
