Sevier Vapor - Sevierville — Attraction in Sevierville

I'm starting this off by saying I don't believe in bashing businesses on the internet. With that being said along with many other people in Sevier county I go to this vape store because it is convenient, and the staff are always helpful and friendly. At this point I've spent thousands of dollars at this store. I quit smoking about 2 years ago with the help of the folks at sevier vapor. Well for the first time in 2 years I wanted to smoke a cigarette today. I bought the hero 2 on October 23rd and since then I have went through three coils, that's unacceptable so I went there yesterday, they helped me and was were very nice, offered a solution and told me to let them know if it didn't work. I went back in there today and let them know in fact did not work and the coil that I put in yesterday was already burnt. I had to deal with a man named Dallas and he immediately jumped to the conclusion that I had "vape tongue". First of all no I do not I can taste my juice it's just burnt and I found it very offensive that he would even say something like that to a customer. And then when I informed him that I would be back on a different day when there was someone else there that could help me his whole demeanor changed. Only then did he offer a solution which was to let me exchange this obviously defective vape for a different one. I told him I had the original box and receipt in my car he told me to go get it so I did. And when I came back in I was met with a very rude and short attitude from him he started slamming the drawers. Long story short stay away from the hero...

Every time I come here I'm more and more impressed! I've never had a bad experience here. Honestly, I've never even had a mediocre experience here. Not only do they provide great quality products, they have a staff that is second to none. They always know what to do and offer great advice. Their customer service is absolutely extraordinary. Every time I've had a problem/question they've provided the solution/answer... And even seemed excited to help in any way they could. These people love their jobs... And their customers!

Today I brought my Zeus tank (with a broken seal) to Jason. I'd already searched for days online for a replacement and found that you can't buy them. But within minutes Jason had the seal replaced and the problem solved. He did it with spare parts that cost me nothing. Where else can you get service like that from people this great?! Absolutely NO WHERE!! Another store (with lesser quality staff) would have told me that my only option was to buy a whole new tank just to get the seal. Well, not this guy. Not this store. They care about their customers and boy does it [always] show! THIS is why we all keep coming back. I'll never shop anywhere else for my vaping needs.

I've had a bad expierences a couple years ago with sevier vape nothing serious just some lazy sales person which SHOULDN'T reflect on the business itself but let's get real it is anyway. So I took my business elsewhere. Recently I had Ben going there for quite a few months now. And every one has Ben great . But the gentleman there tonight tho I have seen flustered in a pop but we all get that way in the customer service industry.. Anyway I can't remember his name but it was tonight shortly before close I imagine . He was UNBELIEVABLE. HE not only gave me the Information I needed to make a SMART purchase but he even gave me a lil more than he should of! The guys knowledge in his product was Off the charts and his ability in just being a helpful friendly guy! Wow . That good . I work in the customer service industry MYSELF and I'm pretty freaking good at it if I do say so and I do. But this guy .. one of the few I consider on my level. And personally I know he's a single much like myself and just BIG PROPS TO YOU BRO. GENUINE GOOD GUY. And I RARELY feel the need to write one of these tho I def get them OFTEN. GIVE that man a raise. Because people like that Are WHY I come(MOST I IMAGINE) back and spend my hard earned money NOT sales not good marketing ... No people...
