We LOVE this establishment, we are a mug club member and everything. This is the first visit we have had and absolutely HATED it. Our Bartender Leann B was rude and acting like we were a bother. We chose to get a flight, which she proceeded to drop on the counter from shoulder height (the entire bar turned to see what happened) and give a really bad attitude when my fiance didn’t know what 4 beers he wanted, right away, so she rolled her eyes and pushed the pen and flight at him and said “fine, you do it then”. Hoping that this 1 person was just having a bad night and isn’t like this always. Because everyone else that works here is very friendly and awesome with customers. What an awesome evening at the Casual Pint of Sevierville. Found this fantastic small business through Google. We started out with an IPA and Lime Seltzer from the refrigerated case. Added Chips with beer cheese, guacamole, and salsa dips and southwest egg rolls with boom boom sauce. Then tasted the ACE peach cider which was the best. The folks arriving were engaged with each other...family and friends. Those working were exceptional at nteracting with customers. Folks were playing games at their table and then the entire group were getting ready yo play SINGO. Thanks for making our evening in Sevieraville an absolute pleasure. I absolutely love this place and stop at this location or Pigeon Forge everytime I can when I'm in the area (I come to Pigeon Forge fairly often). Whether it's to sit at the bar and have a few (or several) pints or taking beer to go. I especially like that they have a pretty good, rotating selection of single beers that you can make a mix six-pack with. (Beware: if you are new to buy single craft beers they usually charge per beer and it can get a lot crazier than you think real quick. If you get a bunch of expensive Brands expect to pay $20 or more for a six pack. I got two six packs the other day and it...
