Sooooo disappointing and on top of that, the owner was rude and could have cared less. My daughter is a 2020 high school graduate and we are up in the GSM trying to enjoy the time that should have been her graduation date and senior trip that was going to be spent in England and France. We use to live in this area and come here all the time. After visiting the Krispy Kreme in Pigeon Forge, and they were out of the free 2020 doughnuts for graduating seniors, I immediately called the location in Sevierville. The guy who answered said they had doughnuts left. I told him we would be there in 10-15 minutes- that we were already on our way and the traffic wasnât bad since hardly no one is here due to Covid-19. When we walked in the same guy walked up to help my daughter and me. I explained I was the one that just called. He said they didnât have anymore since they ran out of the 2020 doughnuts 30 minutes ago. What??? I explained I just called 10-15 minutes ago and you said you had 15 boxes but now youâre saying you were out 30 minutes ago??? A woman who claimed to be the owner of this store and the one in PF said, we ran out 20 minutes ago and weâre not going to have any more. I explained to her that I called 10-15 minutes and your worker said there was 15 boxes left. She could have cared less and said, I canât help that weâre out and how fast they go. I asked her if this store was still giving free glazed doughnuts to seniors like the one in PF. She was clueless and again could care less. I understand that seniors are wanting their 2020 doughnuts but at least get your story straight and donât stop making them when itâs only the afternoon and Krispy Kreme (national) says itâs going on all day. Highly disappointed and I look forward to talking to someone at the...
Read moreDonuts were good as usual. He was having problems hearing me for some reason or not efficient like some I have experienced before , taking your order. When I didn't get my 2% milk. He said i didn't hear you say that. But i had to repeat several things " i need a small chocolate ..." he says back I'm sorry, what was that? I repeated the drink. He repeats it back to me, so that's a large ..... i said no, a small. Then had to correct him on something else. So odds are good I did order the milk but for WHATEVER reason he didn't hear it or.... but at the window, he just says sorry I didn't hear that. Not, can I get you the milk. Or sorry. Just shuts window. Some younger ,not all, people really struggle to do jobs efficiently now days. Some are Lazy. Some just feel they shouldn't have to work, or we owe them. I went and paid for an education. I earned what my wages are. If you sat on your but playing video games while I was in school and studying, then you dont deserve $10-$15/hr flipping burgers or handing me a donut I'm sorry. That the real world. By giving and giving, you teach laziness, not responsibility. It all started with everyone gets a trophy in little league. How about 1st,2nd and 3rd place only, like it was when I grew up. Then you worked harder to earn one. Man! What do I have to look forward to taking care of me in...
Read moreThis is a new store, it's nice looking inside. The restroom was clean, but there was no changing table for my baby. I came with a list cause they was doing a promotion of it a dozen get a second dozen. When I got to register I was trying to look in the case to see what they have so I can adjust the order if need be. A rude worker not the one running the register says "let me see your list it will be faster" there was no one in the restaurant but me and my baby so no line. She proceeded yo say " we don't gave this, or that, or this, or that" never telling me what they don't have looks at me in says in rude tone" you need to pick 7 more." And did not give my list back to me I had other things written on it. At that point I'm agrivated cause I could have just looked in the case to see what they have. It was a longer process than just letting me name off...
