Penn Station East Coast Subs — Restaurant in Sevierville

First time ever at a Penn Station subs. I love sub sandwiches. I can honestly say this may have been the most tasty sub I’ve ever had. Above Jimmy John’s and Jersey Mike’s. The fries were also amazing.

However this location in Seiverville has MAJOR process issues. There were only 2 people ahead of me. One of them with 1 sandwich and the other with 3 sandwiches.

By the time I stepped in the door to the time I walked out with my to go order it was at least 20 minutes.

That’s completely unacceptable for 2 cold sandwiches when only 2 people were ahead of me.

There were 2 girls working. One of them was totally on point moving fast and the other really struggled to even put a couple slices of turkey on a sandwich.

It’s not their fault. I blame the manager/owner for not having a better process/workers in place.

If I could give it 5 stars for taste/quality and 1 star for service I would.

Good thing the sandwich and fries were amazing or else I would never be back based on...

This restaurant atmosphere is horrible because the young girls that work there were so extremely rude. I said hello when we were about to order and she couldn’t respond. I just figured she was having a bad day but I just ignored her and went on. I was so excited to take my mother in-law to have penn stations for the first time and was tremendously disappointed by the way we were treated. Then as we are eating at 8:35pm we could hear one of the girls working complaining that customers were coming in. The other girl came to our table and says “ just so you know we close in 15 minutes” as me and my family are eating dinner we just paid for. I found this extremely unprofessional and rude. This place was awful and this is like the third time giving them another chance. The sandwiches where like trying to eat a brick or something and the fries where the same way and the 2 females that where working was highly rude they where just throwing the stuff around and was like making these weird sounds with there mouth like we had interrupt them or something like one was making the sandwich and stopped 3 times to answer a texts and the other one was like really we have to make more fries come on now she even ask us if we where shore that we wanted fries and if we really needed them?
