I have had two watches given to me from family members, I could never get any jewelry to reset them and put them to correct time, date, moon cycle, ect. Mr. Tripp, I believe, took about 7 min to fix them, complicated to other jewlers but no big deal to him. He charged me a measly 21 dollars. 3 separate jewlers wanted 150 dollars or more. I love this place. I take my watches here for battery replacements, and often times have fun conversations with the staff. The owner is a very kind person and always makes sure to take good care of whatever he is handling, and makes sure that the fit is perfect. I would highly recommend using them.
