Mr. Dave was by far TOPS. He assisted me today with a scooter for my broken ankle. I had called a few minutes before and when I got there he already had the scooter ready for me. Had a chair for me to sit on.Greeted me with a smile and enthusiasm in his voice. He showed me all the functions, let me try it out and adjusted it for me with pleasure. His patience and sympathy for my broken ankle was sincere. Dave went above and beyond to accommodate me. He also carried out my old walker, held the door, opened my car door and loaded my old walker and the new scooter. Also, he added a knee pad to the scooter for extra comfort. You can't get this top notch service anywhere these days! I will be changing all my Rx's to Thomas Drug in Shallotte! Thank you Mr and Mrs Thomas for your wonderful OUTSTANDING Pharmacy with the best employees. I think team mates of family describes them better!...

My daughter had impetigo we went to the dr this morning at 9 and I went to Walgreens at 3:30… still not ready. My daughter’s face is eat up with impetigo and she’s in pain. Walgreens had 6 hours to fill it and still didn’t have it ready. I’ve had nothing but HORRIBLE experiences with Walgreens BUT THOMAS DRUGS IS HANDS-DOWN THE ABSOLUTE BEST! I walked in and they had her medicine ready in less than 30 minutes. I didn’t have her social or insurance - no problem for them! They found her insurance and billed it quickly. I'm not sure seems like something's going on behind the scenes all of a sudden they stopped carrying the medication that I was taking and told me I would have to find somewhere else to go without warning if you're trying to use an RX card here then you're out of luck and it kind of smells funny in there. And after a year-and-a-half I'm going to the same place and paying absorbent prices I have to find somewhere else to go and that's kind of a disappointment for a place that's supposed to be the number...
