AMJ Electronics — Attraction in Shelby Charter Township

I recently purchased an 86 inch LG TV and sound bar from AMJ Electronics. I suppose I could have saved $50 on this entire purchase by going to a big box store, but to me I trusted Michael and his father for their many years of expertise in home video and audio. Customer service seems to be lacking in many areas of my dealings with my home improvement projects. That wasn't an issue with my dealings with AMJ. The entire experience from purchase to having Michael and his father wall mounting this beast was well worth the $50 extra I may have paid. (I certainly wasn't going to attempt this myself.) They've probably professionally custom wall mounted a couple hundred TV's over the years, both residential and commercial. We were in the market for a Home Theater system. We visited AMJ Electronics after researching several vendors in our area. Mike discussed our options, ranging from big screen 4k TVs through Projection Systems, and gave us the pros and cons of each. Mike came to our home a few days later to see the layout where the system would be installed.

We decided upon a Sony 4k projector, Sony receiver, Sony 4k dvd player, and Definitive Technology surround sound speakers. Mike measured the viewing space, made a recommendation on screen size, and set up the install.

I am so glad I made a visit to this store! After a lot of shopping around local dealers/installers this was our last visit. Not only did he meet the best prices we found around town, but Mike spent the time to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. He made sure we were getting what we liked and what worked for our space. When it was time for install, these guys went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! Even as we changed our minds as to where things were positioned or installed, or not delivered by the manufacturer as expected, they just rolled with it and were very creative.
