Kai gave us ~3 hours of her time and wouldn't quit on our iPhone/Apple Watch issue until we left with two working devices. Kai was persistent and had to wait a ridiculous amount of time on hold before she could get through a phone queue to talk with a person at "Core" while we waited alongside her. The store closed at 7pm but it was well past closing (almost 7:45) before we left. I expect this interfered with plans she had for after work, which we discussed during casual conversation hours earlier, but she never rushed us out.
For context, my family had purchased a new Series 5 Apple Watch with cellular for my dad as a safety measure. We weren't aware at the time that this would also require us to upgrade his phone, but Kai assisted with this, too. Later, as she was setting up the smartwatch line in the system, something populated differently in Omni than it did in the other area (these are all terms I jotted down on paper to have handy in case I needed them later). Somewhere along the way, the "application code" was also an issue and we were in a spiral of tech help which Kai ultimately resolved after hours on the phone.
Apple had its own software issues even after this 3+ hours and it sent me back into a Verizon tech support circus. Apple Care put me in touch with a Verizon tech support contact who was supposed to call back with next steps, yet that Verizon rep never reached out. As a result, it took us (Apple Care and my family) almost another week to get the watch fully functioning - I wished I could have had Kai's assistance with that mess too. Our other Apple Watches were set up within minutes, it never should have taken this much effort and frustration.

I was told to wait the first 3 billing cycles for it to get down to normal, and over a year later we’re still paying $220 or more every month. I reached out to Rita for clarification numerous times because I wanted to get this resolved and she was helpful at first, then stopped replying when I let her know I wasn’t happy.
Not to mention the fact I traded in my phone and was told I’d be getting a credit for this, but instead we were charged over $200 on one of our first bills. I called customer service and they let me know it was an issue with the store and it wasn’t Verizon charging me, it was the store. They said I needed to go into the store to get this sorted out but every time I tried to go in, the store was closed so I eventually just gave up. $200 out the window.
Not happy with how this all turned out and feel as though we were just lied to in order to secure a sale.

An owner who would employ “Ramiz M” or promote the unethical work practices this man pushes upon patrons of their store is not someone I’d want to be affiliated with, trust or give my business to. I will be reporting my experience as far up the chain as I can go. My husband had a set amount of cash in his pocket to cover our set bills- when “Ramiz M” pushed my husband for additional funds and my husband said he didn’t have it, Ramiz M’s response was “I just saw you have a wad of cash in your pocket” and refused to adjust the amount being paid and said their credit card system was down (which I confirmed with the parent company, was a flat out lie). My husband requested to cancel the transaction to which he replied and implied, if my husband were to leave the building Ramiz M would be unable to void the transaction and my husband would be criminally liable.
