Atlas Jewelers — Attraction in Shelby Charter Township

The friendly staff @ Atlas is like 2nd family. We have been coming to them for all of our family's jewelry needs for nearly 30 years. They have always been courteous, professional and do the best work I have ever seen. Anything and everything we have ever asked of them, they have gone out of their way to get it done!! I would not go ANYwhere else. Well, here I am (18 June, 2020), with an updated review. Atlas Jewelers once again comes through for yours truly here. As always, with everything I had to get done where my jewelry is concerned, Doug and his entire team came through for me with service, quality, choices, ...and all at the right prices! I love going in to Atlas; I only wish I could come with reasons to stop in more often, just to catch up with everyone there! Every stop in is like coming home again. FIVE STARS* Well ~ another update (9 Jan 2021)...a couple of days ago I brought in my Grandmother's bracelet & several watches (plus a clock) for repairs. And once again the friendly folks at Atlas Jewelers came to the rescue....Denise, as always, went over and beyond, & Kara, as always, was right there as well. Several others, whose names I don't know, were bustling about, helping other customers. Every time I'm there the store is bustling with satisfied folks who come back again & again. Atlas has certainly established itself in the community as THE place to go for any/all of our jewelry desires. And as usual, it remains one of my favorite places to be. FIVE STARS*(again!) Catching up with Atlas Jewelers (5 Jan 2022)...I have a grandmother's bracelet AND necklace (not matching, but both beautiful) and now that I have a new granddaughter, I had a charm added to the bracelet and a birthstone added to the necklace. Within only a week or so, the great artists at Atlas had both pieces updated and complete. again lol ...and always, they did a wonderful job; I am very happy with BOTH pieces and I know they will get a lot of use. Highly recommended, great prices, wonderful people, talented artisans, and just like always...FEELS LIKE HOME. FIVE STARS* Well...here I am again! There is always a reason to visit my favorite Jeweller! (This time for repairs to my gold Seiko wristwatch, which is nearly 46 years old...) and as always, being greeted by name by everyone who works here is always the fastest way to make me feel at home. Again. As always, perfect work, friendly conversation, best prices ~ and all of it served with a smile... it almost makes me want to make up a reason to stop by just to relive a great experience lol...BEST EVER!! FIVE STARS* Today (12.17.2024) I stopped in at my favorite jeweler's store to pick up a watch that I had left for repairs. It was as always like visiting a good friend. Friendly, conversational ... and of course, giving their usual excellent service, returning my watch in pristine condition. It now works like a charm, thanks to a new movement (and for a very reasonable price)...I couldn't be more pleased. As always...FIVE STARS* to Doug, Kara, and everyone else as they have always been among the friendliest, most professional and skilled jewellers I have ever had the...

Beyond disappointed. Ordered a special order of 3 charms. I've been communicating for weeks on the phone as I live almost 2 hours away and this store was recommended to me. I was called and told that all 3 charms were in. I drove almost 2 hours to pick up as I wanted to see them in person to see if I liked them together. When I got there, 1 of the charms was not in and a wrong one was sent. I was literally called and told all 3 were in. Someone obviously didn't check the order before they called me. Huge waste of time and gas. I was also going to have a bracelet repaired. I do not usually leave reviews like this, but the girls I've spoken to on the phone were aware of my long drive prior. Sad.

I came here to sell my engagement ring and wedding band on consignment. The staff here was lovely. I went to a few other places I was not treated with the respect and kindness that I was here at Atlas. I sold my ring within a few months. They called me and helped me negotiate the price with the buyer. They recommended I separate my bands prior to putting on consignment. They did it for me for a great price. I just appreciated the sensitivity to the transaction. It was not an easy thing to get rid of and your gentleness was kind and honestly took me by surprise based on the experience I had trying to sell it at other retailers. I have recommended this place for years. My transaction was back in 2018 and I thought I left a review but when I searched I could not find it so I felt it was necessary to come back on here and express my appreciation and gratitude. You will be taken care of if you decide to...
