Im glad I found this place. We recently bought a new home and have a lot to upgrade, I first bought a fridge from them that saved me $1000 less than stores were asking. Once it was installed I realized how much everything else needed to be replaced as well and didn’t even look anywhere else because I knew these guys would save me a ton and they have the newest products that are still in store at HD and Lowe’s. I bought a washer & dryer, dishwasher and stove. For this order I didn’t even go to the store, I worked with Han via Facebook chat and paid over the phone. She showed me pictures and made sure we were getting everything we wanted, and for an amazing price. No way we could have afford all of that if it wasn’t for this place. They are extremely reliable and professional which is such a relief compared to some of the reviews from other discount appliance places that had me worried.

It’s hard to see in the pictures if there are any scratches and dents visible so I’ll share incase you’re wondering and looking; there’s none on any of the visible surfaces in my home, so no one would know. They were able to get me the right ones that the dent or scratch would face a wall no one would see. :) I also love that it’s a small family business, they work so hard together and they’re really genuine people. The customer service was terrible from the guy who worked there. He left us standing a long time when we first walked in even though there were no other customers. A woman had to greet us and give us info in a hurry on her way out of the door. When the man finally came out he answered our questions and when we picked a washer and dryer and wanted to have it financed, he was unable to log into his account to complete our order. He left us standing a long time, only to tell us he couldn't get into his account, and that was just it. I asked if this issue would be rectified in the foreseeable future so we could complete our purchase, and he was incredibly uncaring and unprofessional and dismissive. He just tossed his hands up and passed the buck and didn't even attempt the bare minimum of trying to get his account info reset to assist us. How hard is it to get account credentials reset for any website. Not difficult at all. He could've even called and got a new account set up. Anything other than just dismissing us with zero solutions provided. He wasn't even apologetic or concerned that he wasted our time, and he was not interested at all in helping us beyond that point. He did not do his due diligence to complete our order, and this is a night and day difference from the service we received at this same store in Roseville, MI. I highly recommend this business. I bought a new “scratch and dent” refrigerator that saved me about $800 (35% off) and you can hardly see a scratch on it. It’s a large, beautiful LG model with tons of nice features and I love it! They delivered it, hooked it up and hauled away my old one. Fast and easy. I had an issue getting the water and ice maker to work and Han went above and beyond to bring her family out on a Saturday to fix it (no charge) even though it wasn’t their fault. She kept in touch with me and I truly felt like she cared about me as a customer. I highly recommend this company if you want to save some money and get great all-around service, no pressure either.
