These 2 stars are for the girl that was working when my husband and I went in last weekend. She acted like it was an inconvenience for her to go up stairs to get the mate for the shoe I picked out. And any question my husband had she just rolled her eyes at him. It’s not like we’re just some punk kids going in to pass time. We bought over $300 worth of products(shoes, shirts, bills gear). So all of these 4+ star reviews I’m shaking my head like where was this customer service when...

Always great customer service; the rental prices are a bit high(used to Redbox), but a lot of the times, they have new movies out WELL before Redbox.

They also have awesome body jewelry, they give you the option to call in and ask what's new, then have it set aside for up to half an hour before they close.
