I want to first thank Wendy (sp?) for her help,over and above regular customer service! AMAZING! She knew it was time sensitive,and she still decided to go ahead and make the floral arrangement,and deliver it within a little bit over a 45 min period. I can't be more thankful to her,and in the amidst 4 or 5 calls back and forth,she made a difficult delivery,due to circumstances out of our hands,possible! I am so happy with their prices,and from now on,will be THE only place I will order my flowers from.I even offered to give her another $10 for her inconveniences, she refused to take it. What service,then she kept me updated with everything that was taking place,in order to get the flowers to my DIL. And,she did,and my son said it was the first time in 2 days ,since her emergency surgery,and being in very much pain,that he seen her smile! All was worth it,and Wendy(sp?) and "The Morning Rose " made it possible. It almost made me cry,as I sit in Ohio,and wish I could be with my son and DIL @ in the White Mountains of Arizona.
