Mackenzie Pointe Plaza — Attraction in Shrewsbury

This review is for the McDonalds at Mackenzie Pointe. Pulling the order taker and having that person work in the front was not the brightest idea in the world.

Car after car left. I realize people still do not want to work, but at the barest minimum a little heads-up would have been greatly appreciated.

People are willing to wait as a rule, so long as they are at least told that the store was understaffed.

Someone should have posted a note on the outside. I just hate to see business lose customers over something that could have been handled more...

Mackenzie Pointe is a small plaza filled with great businesses. Worth a trip. I've been in Dierbergs and Johnny Brock's Hallmark Store. I think Dierbergs has the best produce, I absolutely love the selection of in the Deli Dept, so many pre-packaged items ready to eat. And their Smoked foods are tast. J B Hallmark has that special gift you are looking for, you might even find something that you can't live without for yourself. The staff at both businesses are so friendly...

I get my haircut at Great Clips inside the Dierbergs at Mackenzie Points. For a city dweller I seem to spend a lot of time in Shrewsbury. Its strange getting your haircut while people buying groceries are watching you. Sometimes the Great Clips has product on sale.
