I called this store and spoke to the owner. I asked him if he could cut a ring off my daughter’s finger and he said no problem come on by, no charge! So nice. We get there and he tries his ring cutter tool so much so that we wear the wheel down to where it doesn’t work anymore. He tries every tool he has but we are only able to get the top layer of the ring off safely. We were headed home to call urgent care places to see what we needed to do when he called me back. He said to come back he has an idea and he can’t let us go home without getting this ring off. So we came back and sure enough he got the ring off! Stopped in for a quick sizing and chatted with the owner, Ted. SUPER nice guy. Offered a quick clean on a couple of my wife's favorite jewelry items. Three minutes later, he handed me back jewelry that looked like BRAND NEW! My wife wears studs from her grandmother that are probably close to 100 years old...she never takes them off. Honestly, they look new from the store! I'll be back for any work we need done in the future. Pricing and service are excellent and Ted is a pleasure...

Lovely, well kept, small business with exceptional customer service and very reasonable pricing. I have used this shop for jewelry repairs and resizing in the past with consistent and quick results. I recently visited with a particular request and a tight deadline. The owner was so accommodating and patient to show me all the options he could offer to meet my needs. Can’t wait to see the final (custom!) piece and will certainly be back...
