Subway — Restaurant in Shrewsbury

Tried to scam me.... Went in to pickup my order, and the worker tried to tell me I only bought 2 sodas, and tried to show me the receipt to say the first one was a sprite, and the second was a coke, since there was a 1 by the sprite and a 2 by the coke. I bought 2 cokes, and one sprite. I work in food service. I know that when there’s a 2 by something, 2 of the times were purchased. When I told her she was wrong, and I was going to pull up my online receipt to show that 2 of my sandwiches were combos, each with cokes, and the last sandwich combo had a sprite, she apologized, and said she was wrong. Caught her! She said I was right. She argued with me up until that point when I said I was going to pull up the receipt. I work in food service and would never do that to a customer, there is no excuse to try and scam someone because you don’t want to lose the inventory. Looking back at the receipt, there was 3 total sodas, not the 2 she claimed. I just cannot imagine doing that...

The male that works here was making my sandwhich. He had to go in the back to get cheese. He went back with gloves on and came back out with the same gloves on. Then when I asked him if he changed his gloves when he came back out, his response was "yes always". And he clearly did not change his gloves. When he came back out from the back he should've washed his hands and put new gloves on in front of me. And when I mentioned to him about changing his gloves, instead he argued with me about it. And continued making my sandwhich with his nasty gloves. Then the girl who finished my sandwhich just slapped all of my veggies and sauce on it. Its disgusting and a huge mess. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I will NEVER return here ever again. Terrible customer service....

When you put in an online order for pick up it should be ready after five hours. I tried to make sure they had plenty of time to get the order ready. When I showed up to pick it up they told me it was too long. They did not want to give me the sandwiches I had already pre-paid for. And I had requested things to be done slightly different than the norm which I got so much arguing about. The attendant was not willing to cut the sandwich in a different way then one single cut. It’s very disappointing to get yelled at over a simple cutting of a sandwich. I will not be back. If you want anything other than meat on bread I would not recommend it for you either and less you enjoy...
