Regrettably, been to this location many times because it is a short walk from my home. Staff is generally rude, completely unprofessional, and high to the point of being incoherent and unable to prep food in any kind of edible manner.
The hours are inconsistent, with regular unexplained closures during business hours (The people inside generally just shout "WE CLOSED!" At you if you pull up during their open hours). The food is awful, with most orders being both incorrect and poorly-made. Often just get an almost completely empty burrito or taco shell or a torn apart, unwrapped shell with meat slopped on top of it. The fried items taste like spoilt oil.
Went in one time and the staff was just standing around smoking cigarettes in the kitchen and eating the food. They were obviously all very high. The floor was COVERED in tortilla chips and shells. Not just the usual spillage from prepping. It looked like they had taken every tortilla in the entire restaurant and just thrown it on the floor. It looked like numerous friends of the staff had come in because there were random people walking in and out of the kitchen and dining area. The staff was so high that they didn't even respond to any of the very confused customers.
Went by again recently and the night staff was so high that they could barely even stand up. Put in an order and they were talking incoherently in the window. First item I took out of the bag was only half wrapped, so meat immediately spilled in my lap. Went to take a sip of my drink and it spilled everywhere because the lid wasn't put on. They also hadn't given any straw or napkins. Got the rest of my items home and my wife wouldn't eat them because her burrito was just an empty shell, chips tasted like old oil, there was no cheese in the cheese cup that came with the chips.
I don't really know why this Taco Bell is like this, but they need to shut this location down. Somebody is going to get hurt or sick and they just cannot provide any semblance of quality at this point. Clean up the staff. Maybe pay a little more so you aren't hiring people who can't get through a shift without whatever hard drugs these...
Read moreI never bother to leave reviews unless a place is god awful and I need to actually warn people. I just read a bunch of terrible reviews for this location and can vouch for each of them. I just left here after the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant I’ve ever been to. Not an exaggeration nor hyperbole. My sister and I placed separate orders, about 15 minutes go by, and nothing. So I went up to the counter confused, and they acted like they didn’t see our orders. I’ve worked in the food business for years, and there is absolutely no excuse to ignore TWO orders! I’m polite anyway, and they give us our cups. 15 more minutes go by and our food finally comes out. Most of it was my sister’s order minus one thing, some of mine was missing and what I DID get was wrong, and my kids food wasn’t there at all. I go up there (mind you, it’s not even rush hour) to ask them to at least make my kid’s food and what was missing. Cool. Well, they only brought out half of my kid’s order, and nothing else so I was like, okay I still need these things and a refund for waiting so long and it still being super incorrect. The manager was acting like I was being super rude, and said something like, “I don’t want to argue, I’m being respectful” and I’m like, come on man, I just want our food and a refund to which he told me to come back tomorrow. The cook said, hey just call us tomorrow when our GM will be here, they’ll help refund you, and I’m like thank you, that was actually helpful! So that’s what I’m gonna do, and try my best to get that manager fired because, having been a fast food manager before, he was incredibly unprofessional and only made the situation significantly worse, I actually cursed at him which is SO not like me to do, especially in front of my kid, I’m still so upset that he provoked me to point of doing that, I cried. Tbell, fire that manager, I don’t know what his name was because he wasn’t wearing a name tag (also unprofessional from a restaurant manager standpoint, like that’s rule #1) and promote the cook, I think his...
Read moreI don't usually post negative review (or reviews at all), but this encounter doesn't make sense. I know this TBell is notoriously inconsistent and tends to offer poor service more often than not, but I thought it is 5:30, prime hours, how bad could it be? I pull up and all the lights are off, not even the menu lights were on, not a good sign. I pull up and all the guy says is "Taco Bell". Whatever, so I order a deluxe craving box (with the Nacho fries in this particular one) and guy says "no fries" quickly. I'm taken aback considering its like 5pm on a Monday... you're telling me there's not a single fry and you're all out? Ok... so the guy then asks if I want anything else, as if I'm going to pay full price and not get the full menu item. I try and reason and ask if I can sub anything for the fries or get a price reduction since I can't get the full item shown, but each response I get is a flat out "No" several times, then saying "we can't swap the fries for anything"; truly shocked by this level of 'service'. After that I was done and left sadly to go to the McD's across the way. It's a shame how poorly run this Tbell is since it has so much potential to rival the McD's but time and time again it falls back into poor service and negative reviews. I can't blame the guy considering he probably was the only one there. I hope management or somebody can intervene because this is just sad the level of quality offered vs. what...
