Amazing ice cream in flavors you're not going to find anywhere else! The owner is super friendly and makes his own ice cream and waffle cones right there on location. The shop is in a cool old building that has recently been remodeled, very cute! You can park and walk to a couple of flea market/antique stores, boutiques, restaurants, and bike shop. You can buy little wooden nickels good for a single scoop of ice cream. I went ahead and got my girls one. Now I have an excellent excuse to go back ;)

Pure Joy is exactly what I felt getting ice cream here. I didn't think ice cream couldn't get any better from many of the other places I've tried... I was wrong. My absolute favorite has to be the Blackout Lemonade Sorbet. It's as aesthetically pleasing as it is pleasing for the taste buds. Great for your gut too! My time in Siloam will be short but I want to make sure to get back here as much as possible.

Absolutely amazing combinations. Although I have to say the Happy Goat is the g.o.a.t. Yes I know goat milk in ice cream sounds unusual but try it. It's made with locally sourced goats milk and honey. And like their website says...it's kinda like cheesecake šŸ˜‹ The midnight mocha & cold brew are must tries. Plus check out their seasonal flavors. Oh and always get a fresh made waffle cone when available

It’s not that anything was horribly wrong, it’s just that you go in on a hot day wanting ice cream and you find that the flavors are all kinda strange so much that an ice cream lover such as myself, had a hard time finding a flavor to pick. Out of all of the flavors only two sounded good to me. I had sampled the lemon blueberry and my initial impression was good but as it settled on my taste buds, it left a terrible soapy aftertaste. I ended up buying my second choice (which I had not sampled). One scoop (very small) of the mint chip because I thought how bad could it be. It’s mint chip for Pete’s sake. I was wrong. It tasted like someone had pulled mint right out of the dirt in the back garden. It was not good. As others have said, it’s really expensive for what you get and the service could have been better. There was only one girl working and she seemed really intent on doing something in the back room instead of making sure all was well up front. Oh yeah, one last thing. Get some spoons. It is really hard eating ice cream off wood sample sticks. Plus the wood stick taste ads to the unappealing taste of the ice cream. On the positive side I got my ice cream in the waffle bowl which was fantastic! I could have eaten those waffle bowls...

Our family loves this place!! Their all natural ice cream is delicious and we don't have to worry what's in it. They offer unique flavors that we love - especially their cinnamon donut and happy goat. It's one of the best flavors I've ever had. They always change flavors and do fun experiments with them, always tasty and you never know what they'll have!

They also have homemade waffle cones that are spectacular, as well as homemade bourbon caramel sauce and other toppings. Definitely a downtown Siloam stop that has to be made!...

What a GEM! We happened upon this place while traveling through & are so glad we decided to stop in. The flavor options are not only fun but also quite delectable. We were served by the owner, who was also the sweetest. We enjoyed a scoop together with the kids and even took a pint & fun patch home. We can't wait to stop on our next trip through to grab some more treats and to say hello once again! Maybe next time we'll remember to grab photos before devouring it all, haha. It was truly a delightful...
