I called around to 5 different jewelers between Greenville and Spartanburg about fixing a sentimental pendant I was happy to pay any amount to bring back to life. I had no idea what a huge deal this was going to be and was so relieved to hear that Erik was happy to at least look at the piece. Hardly anyone else would bother or made it clear that it was not in their interest. Upon receiving, Erik had my pendant and a bracelet I brought in, fixed within the hour. I am so thankful that he was not only willing to help me, but made the pendant (especially) even more beautiful that I could have hoped for. He also knew I was willing to pay well, but still charged far less than expected AND refused a tip. I then made it a point to call the previous jewelers and give them this contact for pieces they can’t or do not care to work on. I had a bunch of jewelry to sell and a lot of gold and was extremely surprised at how much I got for all of it. Erik Offered me the most compared to everyone else.
