This is in regards to my outrageous experience on Sunday Feb 2, 2020. If I can give a negative rating I would.
I placed an order for pizza and the food arrived fast, however the pizza crust fell right off. Literally you couldn't even pick up the pizza. We called Pizza Hut to ask for 2 new pizzas to be delivered. The response from Aiden was we will have to wait until after the game. We asked why and the he told us we had to bring the pizzas back although they were delivered. At that point I just wanted my money back and I would order from somewhere else. I was told the pizzas needed to be back first in which we had a deliver of wings that had arrived so we gave the pizza to the delivery driver to take back. We stayed on the phone until the pizzas arrived back to Pizza Hut because they confirmed and then we were told we had to wait until the end of the night to receive a refund because Charlamange (Charles) Ryans the manager was too busy to help me. I waited on the phone for over 40 mins waiting for the manager that never came to the phone. I drove up to Pizza (while still on hold) to find Aiden helping another customer in the dining area and Charles supervising a pizza being made.
When I recapped the situation for the so call manager he was less than interested, unprofessional and I felt overall disrespected. He had no empathy for me in the situation at the least and acted as if I was inconveniencing him by him giving my money back. On top of that the wings looked picked through as if someone dropped them on the floor and all the meat slid off (order 00128). We ended ups trashing them and I had to listen to my son cry because all he wanted was wings. I would like my money back for those, my delivery tip and an apology. Needless to say I will not order nor eat from Pizza Hut ever again until they find workers that know the true meaning of customer service.

Read moreTerrible experience. Placed an order online, was given maximun delivery time of 45 minutes. An hour and 15 minutes went by, so we called to check the status. The woman who answered put us on hold while she "checked" our order status. When she returned, she said our pizza was ready to be delivered, but they were waiting for the driver to return to the store. We were confused as the app said it was already out for delivery. She said that they just mark all orders as "out for delivery" once the pizza is done, when in fact ours was still sitting in the store. She then said that she could not give us an estimated delivery time nor how long it would be before their wayward driver returned to the store.
About 20 minutes later, we heard a knock at the door. It was our neighbor from across the street, Pizza Hut box in hand. He said that they had just returned home, and our pizza was sitting on their porch. He saw that we had ordered it nearly 2 hours ago and it was now ice cold so he wanted to get it over to us as soon as he found it.
So, not only did they deliver our pizza to the wrong address, but they also lied to us about it. I understand that everyone is short-handed and the food service industry is struggling right now, but they shouldn't have lied about it. Everybody makes mistakes. Lying to your customer about their order status when their order is sitting on a porch at the wrong house is just unacceptable. What was their endgame? Read moreMy husband placed an online order at 3:51, I was going to pick up the pizza that was supposed to be ready at 5:00 when I got off work. When I got there I stood for five minutes waiting to be acknowledged then I was told it would be ready in a few minutes. 25 minutes later I get my order. The order was 2 large pizzas and 8 wings. Get home and the box of wings is empty except for some bbq sauce. Call pizza hut 4 times before I get transfered to general manager, lord know wheres he's at who tells me they will give me store credit plus 5 dollars but if I want it credited back to my card it would take 2 weeks. Not that I want to go there again but I took store credit. Since they cant get anything else right I figured they might screw up my card. On top of everything when I entered the restaurant it was completely empty except for 1 one lady waiting on to go. While I was waiting an elderly woman comes in to get her food she ordered on the phone. They have no record of her order. She orders again and they tell her its gonna be 15 minutes. This is after I've been waiting 20 minutes on food that was supposed to be ready 20 minutes ago. Poor woman is probably still there.
