I never do this! I mean never! But the way we were just treated needs to be told. We pulled up to the drive through and waited 10 mins with no one helping us. This is on a Sunday afternoon, we have now made a line where it’s out in the road. We pull up to the drive through window and tell the girl we tried to order at but we have sat there 10 mins and are making a huge line. She said sorry about that sometimes the bell doesn’t work. Then she takes our order, we pay and we wait …. And wait …. And wait … 6 cars behind us have now gotten their food and are gone and now there is a 7th car… I get out and walk towards the window behind us , and ask if they have forgotten about us? She said no but these people have ordered at the speaker and you drove up here … I said yes and I told you why and you took my order and we paid for it and you have now served 7 people that were behind us??? The manager comes to the window tells me that he will give me my money back and we can leave without our food!!! Telling me I look ridiculous standing outside their window, asking him that??? I said it’s ridiculous we have been waiting 20 mins on food we ordered and paid for. Watching everyone behind us getting their order??? And now you’re telling me I’m ridiculous for getting out of the car to ask what’s going on??? It’s ridiculous I had to even do that!!!! Then treated like I am the problem??? Wow just wow! Me and my friend have been coming to this place for 2 years. Everytime we have went. We were well taking care of. They asked what we were drinking, do we need more plates. This past weekend we went into this place. We were looked over. I had to get up and go fix our own drinks after we had been sitting there for 10 mins with nothing to drink. The lady kept walking pass our table like we where 2 ghost sitting down eating. We finish our first plates and waited 5 more mins on plates. I had to get up and go to the front and ask for the plates. The lady walked passed our table again. Went to the table behind us and asked them did they need more plates. We needed refills on pur drinks. She looked at the table and walked right pass again. I got up to go refill our drinks also. At this time I saw that she was looking over our table because we were 2 black people sitting down eating. I WILL NOT BE BACK TO GIVE THIS PLACE ANY OF MY MONEY! We always left a great tip. I was very disappointed with this place. I have been eating here for years, and never had an issue. This Friday, I decided to bring some foreign business partners, from China, to visit this place and enjoy some true southern cooking and hospitality. While they were speaking their language, among each other, the woman that took our order actually hollered to them, "speak English! You are in our country, so speak our language!" This was an awful display of what I would have expected from a place that should be reapresentative of what makes our country, and especially our state, so great. My objective was to show these people that we, Americans, are not what they hear from their media and government. That we are very nice and respectful people. Instead this was what they got. When I visited their country, I got treated as a VIP, no matter where I went. I would have thought that at least a business that was taking their money, would have treated them...
