Phantom Fireworks of Delaware Watergap — Attraction in Smithfield Township

GREAT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE!! JUST ASK FOR "Lisa" - She knows her stuff! Last year my Brother and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Lisa. Upon entering the store, we were immediately overwhelmed with a great selection of fireworks. So where do we start? After giving the store a once over we realized we were in over our heads with so many great options to choose from. All we knew was how much our budget was and what kind of show we would like. The store was quite busy but we asked for help and Lisa came our way. She was patient, knowledgeable and asked the right questions concerning what type of show we'd like to put on. Needless to say, she made great suggestions and hit the nail on the head regarding what we wanted within our budget. She made our shoping experience smooth, seamless and in the end the show was a hit with our family. They Loved it! So of course, this year we had every intention on returning to this Phantom Fireworks location in the hopes that Lisa was going to be available again and we were right! We asked for help and up the ramp came Lisa. Without skipping a beat she remembered us like long time friends. We gave her our budget and she immediately helped us figure out the best options and bang for our buck! Yes, pun intended! We were in and out of the store and on our way home before we knew it. If by chance you go to this location, I'm sure they will accomodate all your needs as they did with us. If not, just ask for Lisa and if you don't need help ask for her any way to just say hi. She is very cool!

What can I say!! I have an obsession with fireworks!!😪😪 But, with that being said! This place satisfy all my needs!!!!💥💥💣💣. I have been coming here for years! Even when, NJ wasn't allowed to have them. I'm so glad things changed 🤣🤣 But, this store is Excellent! And the customer service is Phenomenal! All of the associates are very helpful! But, throughout the years, when you become a fireworks fanatic! Like every thing else, you start to have your favorites. And her name is Lisa, I can't even tell you, when I first met her. Like I said previously, I have been coming here for years. But, when I tell you Lisa, is Excellent! She is the truth! She will talk to you, listen to your ideas, show you demo's! My husband and I come every year to this location to get our fireworks. We especially come to this location because Lisa always helps us, she has a friendly face and makes us smile the minute we walk in, she is knowledgeable and always knows the best fireworks to choose from. Even when I have no service to look up the videos on my phone of each firework Lisa jumps in and shows us every video we want. If you’re looking for a place to get your fireworks for a party or a holiday or any event this is the place to go to. Lisa even make sure you get all your coupons.
