Levó Events llc — Attraction in Smyrna

My wife and I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Levo Events, and I feel compelled to warn potential customers about their dishonest and disingenuous practices. After signing a contract and making our deposit, they introduced a barrage of restrictive and arbitrary rules that were never disclosed beforehand. These rules included prohibiting guests from standing near the bar, not allowing kids to walk around, mandating that table and chair arrangements be pre-agreed and signed with no flexibility for changes, forbidding anyone from standing outside, and requiring everyone to remain seated at all times. They even restricted access to the kitchen, creating a highly unwelcoming and prison-like atmosphere.

These rules were never discussed during our initial meeting or outlined in the contract we signed. Instead, they were brought forward after we had already made our deposit, putting us in a position where disagreeing meant forfeiting our deposit—as we ultimately had to do. Their approach is not only unprofessional but also unfair, as it leaves customers blindsided and trapped in a situation where their only options are to accept unreasonable demands or lose their money.

If you’re considering Levo Events, I strongly urge you to insist on having every single detail, especially their code of conduct and rules, documented in writing before signing anything. Do not rely on verbal agreements or assumptions, as they may spring new restrictions on you closer to your event. First of all, I recently got out of the hospital. I knew that while it was difficult, I had given my word. I was determined to do the best I could, expecting help. I was a bit overwhelmed and to look around. I was surprised to see, everyone was helping me to get finished on time. Mrs Crystal, Mrs Monica as well as all the vendors my sister, the Dj and his wife. I was so happy, and because they were helping me it gave me the strength I needed to finish on time. They saw that there was a need and they went above and beyond to ensure the event went smoothly.
