When I first got there, there was a lack of communication from the employees. I had to ask all the questions instead of them just telling me, for example where guests can put the presents etc. I asked where I can put my bag until time for the room and the employee said you can put it behind the counter next to the cakes. The bag I brought was full of party forks plate cups napkins goody bags and some extra personal things. I was going to wait until the party room was open to see what I needed, in case they didn’t provide anything. The employees had gone through my bag and everything was taken out, without me knowing. I had made some goody bags for the kids to take home, but when getting the party room they were on the table, so the kids had opened the goody bags and everything was everywhere. The rooms were incredibly small. The tables were pushed to the wall so the kids couldn’t even get seated without another person having to get up and scoot over. The pizza was cold and tasted like cardboard. No one ate it. If you wanted any extra it cost 18.00 a pizza, which is insane. I also think that the skate trainers should be included with the party price. Having a party isn’t worth the price. Price was a total of 263. After talking to the manager he took off 36 for the pizza we didn’t even eat. Turned out to be about 26 dollars a person. Cheaper to just pay separately for everyone and not get the party room. The skating was fun, but definitely will not be having another...
Read moreFirst time coming and wasn’t quite what I expected. There didn’t seem to be any order on the floor, kids with popsicles while skating, balls bouncing around on the floor, some fast skaters were all over the place, and I saw so many struggling skaters have to dodge a lot of inconsiderate kids who zipped all over the place. The music was not great either and most disappointing was coming for a glow skate that barely had any glow. It seemed like a regular night and was not very enjoyable for me. Was there for hours and the lights were up most of the time. The kids were told to scream as loud as they could, often; I left with a migraine. The staff was nice, the pizza was good, it wasn’t all bad but not the experience I desired. ——————————————————- Second time coming and leaving with a scream-induced migraine. Crazy to ask full price for adults then run the program like a kid’s birthday party. Rink flooded with kids very little adults or monitoring. Wish this place had more regular adult nights since all other skates are heavily kid centered. No money back after leaving shortly...
Read moreI had a birthday party for my turning 4 year old today which I was excited about. I got the package that was for a party of 10 kids to skate….. one of my kids from the party did not want to skate so I asked for the ticket back and gave it to another adult attending my party I was unaware that the ticket was only used for the children in the party. The Staff member named (CHRIS) at the front came up to me rudely telling me I lied to him and that the ticket is only for the children I apologized because I didn’t know and told him I can pay the difference he told me not to worry about it and kept making smart remarks. I went up to him and apologized again and asked him to explain what I did wrong he goes on to say ( I KNOW YOU SAID ON THE PHONE THAT YOU WERE TIGHT ON MONEY ) I NEVER SAID THAT AT ALL AND WHEN I SAID EXCUSE ME I NEVER SAID THAT HE KNEW HE WAS WRONG AND APOLOGIZED. ANYWAY I WILL NEVER book another party here because of that. I ALSO PAID...
