As far as parks go this one is on the small side, however location is everything as far as this park is concerned. Set among downtown Snohomish this is a great place to stop and rest your feet as you enjoy ice cream in the shade of the trees.

With a set of stairs that leads down to the river you can go from crowded "downtown" to scenic waterfront almost...
