Came for hair extensions… really wanted k-tips but the closest extensions was this one here.. and didn’t really have the time to drive.. waited a while to post the review to feel things out.. paid 2400 for weft hair extensions.. but since then have been quoted 1800 for K-tips… with new hair a lot more by far at this solan and K-tips are a lot harder to apply and way more time consuming.. within the first 3 days my weft was falling off and had to be redone, within 3 weeks after that I had to have my boyfriend sew it another time to get it to stay.. the lady was super nice.. but at my appointment while getting my hair died she kept going back and fourth and rubbing my hair after the dye in the bowl, I’m pretty sure it wasn’t turning out how she thought but it wasn’t mentioned I feel like my hair lifts pretty easy but maybe the formula wasn’t right.: I was told having the extensions not too tight is the right way so it doesn’t damage the hair but I think it actually caused more damage then not… after the second sewing by my boyfriend the back came fully out and it was attached by the ears only and started ratting in the back causing a lot of damage because the back was loose my hair was coming up and under/over the weft.. my hair is about 4-5 inches shorter than when I got themz.. after taking them out last night I actually wanted to cry also I only wanted length and not volume but there was so much hair I couldn’t even wrap my hand around it. I think I was charged extra for more hair than I needed.. my hair was also more on the orange color very warm with cool extensions and didn’t match very well. I canceled my appointment to get the wefts moved up cause I just couldn’t stand them… when canceling I said I liked them and nothing was wrong because the chat user is with the manager and the employee and I felt bad and I have a hard time speaking up when I don’t like something so I just would rather cancel and not say anything at all but the placement was so bad I couldn’t wear my hair anyway but down. The only way to mask the color was by using a Snapchat filter, I just think for having been the most expensive quote and salon the work should have been better now I’m left with damaged brittle hair and I’m out 2400. When I went to somewhere else to get it fixed I was also told the hair is bad quality and from china and I’m not able to find someone to reuse the hair. I never asked for money back or for it to be fixed because I feel like after having it fixed once it should have been corrected I shouldn’t have to take time off work to come back a third time to get it fixed.. they didn’t even last 10 weeks :( my hair has a lot of healing to do, maybe some practice at a cheaper price wouldn’t be a bad option.. but definitely not worth the price the girl was very nice and friendly and salon was pretty and clean but not worth it in the end, I shouldn’t have ever got wefts when I wanted k-tips and that’s my bad but my review could help someone not make the...
Read moreI did tried 2 hairstylist in this salon ( Molly Rae and Beth ) One is money motivated and charged way too much money. And the other hairstylist wants you to washing your hair first and everytime I set an appointment she is always asking to change your appointment. She doesn't care if it's inconvenient for you as long as it is works for her. Doesn't care about other persons time!!! These hairstylist wants to work less time as possible but wanted to charged more. Taking advantages on people. I do not recommend these people at all. I will never go back there...
Read moreLove this place. The Stylists are friendly and personable. I have gone here three times now and am now hooked. The last two times I have been, I have been making appointments in advance. Normally I only schedule an appointment when I feel I need a hair cut, but I like coming here so much that I want to make sure it is on my schedule. This is also the first place I have continue to see the same stylist. Thank you Whitney for making my experience a...
