Shopped here yesterday for the first time on my daughter’s birthday. Bought a few items. Two items were on the Halloween sale advertised in the store with a “75% off Halloween” sign. My kids chose two items. When checking out I specifically asked the cashier if those are on the 75% off sale. She said yes. When I got home I looked over my receipt because I was thinking the total sounded high. Turns out, the two items were only given 50% off. I called the store this morning and the cashier says the items are marked with color coding stickers on the back that tell the cashiers which percent off to take. I explained this is unhelpful for the customer and their signage for customers should be more clear that items have a range of percentages off. Bummer on my first time here that I will not return again because the store really has a wonderful selection and my kids loved it there. We are happy with the quality of all the items we purchased from them yesterday but won’t be returning.

As long time customers of both the Seattle and Kenmore stores, we were thrilled that a new Snapdoodle opened in Snohomish, and it does not disappoint. Not only is the store perfect to grab last minute birthday gifts from (which they wrap on site), they also run fun events. We are so grateful to have a small business toy store in our community in a time we feel community is often lost in an increasingly corporate world.
